Virginie Bronsard appointed Chief People Officer

LGI Healthcare Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Virginie Bronsard as Chief People Officer (CPO).

Since her arrival in 2021, Mrs. Bronsard has reimagined the Culture & Talent function and has made a remarkable contribution to our corporate culture. She has also implemented several initiatives aimed at fostering engagement, recognition, and people development.

Mrs. Bronsard has more than 25 years of experience in strategic human resources management positions in large national and international companies. She has worked in various sectors such as transportation, services, philanthropy, and information technology. Virginie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
