The Web version features a refreshed UI (icons, typography, ergonomics) designed to save time during data entry. While no major new features are added at launch, the platform is optimized for faster development of future tools.
Will the Web version become mandatory?
Yes. Over time, the Web version will be required due to performance, security, and technology best practices.
When will the transition take place?
The commercial rollout is expected in spring 2026. The timeline will vary per hospital based on readiness and technical requirements.
Will training be required?
Yes. Facilities already using the dynamic Kardex will only need basic training since the interface preserves familiar visual and functional cues. Current workflows should remain largely unchanged. Facilities using normative or static versions will require full training.
